2018 Enrollment Deadlines

The application deadline for the main course (9-month Principles and Practice of Clinical Research) is December 31, 2017; applicants may apply after the priority deadline on a space available basis with prior permission from the Program Director. We strongly encourage candidates to complete their application in advance of the deadline to facilitate processing.

The application deadline for the July workshops in Boston is July 16, 2018.

CV, Cover Letter and Letter of Recommendation:
As part of the application, we ask candidates to send their CV, cover letter stating the reasons for participating in this program, recommendation letter from someone who can provide academic or professional reference, and a photo clearly showing their face. All documents must be submitted on the Application form (click here).

* Registration fees include a 6 month Small Stata 14 (GradPlansTM) license. Shipping and handling fees are included.

NOTE: 5-Day Immersion Course fees do not include airfare and hotel arrangements.

2017 TUITION REFUND POLICY: All requests for refunds must be made in writing according to the terms below. There will be no exceptions to these terms.
· MAIN COURSE COMPONENT REFUNDS: Cancellations on or before January 7, 2017 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between January 8, 2017 and February 9, 2017 will be issued a refund of 50%. After February 9, 2017, no refund will be issued.
· WORKSHOP COMPONENT REFUNDS: Substitutions may be made without additional charge. All requests for substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations on or before Monday, June 5, 2017 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between Tuesday, June 6, 2017 and Monday, July 3, 2017 will be issued a refund of 50%. After Monday, July 3, 2017, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
· 5-Day Immersion Course Refunds for Alumni: Substitutions may be made without additional charge. All requests for substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations on or before Tuesday, September 5, 2017 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between Wednesday, September 6, 2017 and Tuesday, October 3, 2017 will be issued a refund of 50%. After Tuesday, October 3, 2017, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellations received between Friday, February 9, 2018 and Thursday, March 8, 2018 will be issued a refund of 50%. After Thursday, March 8, 2018, no refund will be issued. Refunds for main course participants who still wish to attend workshops will be less the non-participant workshop pricing.
WORKSHOP COMPONENT REFUNDS: Substitutions may be made without additional charge. All requests for substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations on or before Monday, June 4, 2018 will be issued a refund less a $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between Tuesday, June 5, 2018 and Monday, July 2, 2018 will be issued a refund of 50%. After Monday, July 2, 2018, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our entire campus community, the State of Massachusetts requires that educational visitors are immunized against common contagious illnesses. Please ensure that your immunizations are up to date prior to arrival on campus. If you are not a US citizen or permanent resident, you must obtain appropriate immigration status. Letters of invitation for visa applications will be supplied only after full payment is processed.
